Connie Allen created Joy with Children Consulting to support you, people who love children, have the information, ideas, and inspiration you need to be more successful connecting with children. Connie offers one-on-one consulting, a twice-monthly newsletter, conducts speaking engagements and provides booklets, tapes and other resources and tools to assist parents, educators and children be the special person they are. |

| Stephanie Barry Agnew |
| Stephanie has an extensive background in Early Childhood Education with 20 years of teaching experience in Palo Alto area schools. She was trained at Bing Nursery School while getting her degree at Stanford and has taught all preschool age groups from Toddlers to Young Fives. She owned her own small preschool in Palo Alto for 5 years and worked as a parent educator at The Children’s Health Council for 6 years where she was also the director of the Parent Education Program for 2 years. Since 2002 she has been working independently and for the Parents Place in Palo Alto as a Parent Educator and Preschool Consultant, and in January of 2007 she became the Parent Education Coordinator of the new office of Parents Place in San Mateo. Stephanie’s specialties include young child behavior management, Kindergarten readiness, school choices and preschool teacher training and support. She teaches parenting classes, gives one session talks, leads teacher training workshops, observes children at home and at school, and offers individual parents information and support about a wide array of parenting issues. She has two daughters in their 20’s. |

Most of our photos on the Montecito website were taken by Vince Tarry Photography. Vince also conducts two photo shoots each year at Montecito, including class and individual photos for parents to enjoy for the rest of their lives.
Vince Tarry Photography is a Bay Area-based photo studio established in 1996. Although his studio has been in business for 12 years, Vince Tarry himself has held a camera in his hand since he was eight years old. Vince Tarry specializes in commercial, wedding, portraiture, special events and school pictures. Vince's clients are thrilled with the quality of his photos, not to mention his fun style!
